Congress Registration & Hotel Booking

Registration Rules: 

French law requires any non-professional individual, wishing to organize a congress, to use a travel agency. The Beaux Regards Meeting & Travel agency was selected for its reliability, flexibility, and 30 years of experience in organizing ophthalmological congresses. 

Bernard Landman, the owner of the agency, agreed to take the risk of blocking 45 rooms for the congress.  Of course, the further we go in time, the more likely the price is to increase. 

Please fill out the form with your personal details, arrival and departure dates, and preferred room type. Everything will be forwarded to Bernard, who will contact you directly. Acting as a travel agency, he can also book your flights. He will send you a consolidated invoice along with your certificate of attendance.

Congress Registration

The total rate includes:

• Conference room rental for three days.

• Audiovisual equipment provided by an external vendor.

• A coffee station available in the conference room during all three mornings.

• The welcome cocktail on Wednesday evening.

• A lobster dinner dance on Saturday night.

                     Total rate per physicien : 400 €                   Total rate per non physician : 200 €
